With over 30 years of legal practice experience in both large and small firm settings, Ashley Winn is able to offer personalized service to clients along the central California Coast and in the San Francisco Bay Area.
He has represented individuals, small business owners and larger business entities. He has helped clients pursue antitrust claims, such as predatory pricing or price fixing lawsuits, prosecute or defend trade secret and unfair competition disputes, pursued Unfair Practice claims against a mental health facility which retaliated against a treating physician trying to improve patient care and he has handled many business and partnership disputes.
He has also provided legal advice and counseling to individuals and businesses regarding the formation and legal structures of businesses, such as whether and how to form limited liability companies, corporations, or other legal structures. He drafts contracts and has been involved in significant business transactions and sales.
